Movement classes for groups
Learn when you are becoming too tensed-up. Athletes are trained to use
appropriate muscles for the best form and function, but office workers aren’t. There aren’t any “Office Olympics.” Simply become more aware of how you are moving or not moving during the day and

You will learn simple self-care movements easily integrated into daily life,
unlike exercises that take more time from your day.
