You probably never thought about how you learned to move as a child. Kids struggle on their own, imitating adults and older children, they don’t really get lessons unless there is a problem. Each month you will receive by email tips and information that you can quickly and easily put into practice - not so much that you are overwhelmed. And you may participate in group phone-conference calls that will be recorded and sent to you so you can download them to an ipod or burn a CD to listen to in your car. During the monthly calls we will practice and discuss the movements to ensure that you completely understand them. Your questions will be answered and we may explore different movements. This is as effective as one-on-one support. You may also email me questions in advance for the group call in case you can’t listen to it live. If you have personal questions or requests there also will be open call-in times for individuals.
